Job summary

CureMD seeks an Associate Finance Executive to start a career in accounting and finance. You will ensure accurate financial transactions, maintain records, and support the finance team in daily tasks. The role emphasizes attention to detail, learning, and growth within CureMD.

Qualifications

• A master’s/part-qualified ACCA degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or working toward one).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Knowledge of accounting software, especially NetSuite, is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills and the ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to adjust to a nocturnal work schedule and maintain productivity during nighttime hours.
• Good communication skills to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
• Demonstrated capability to handle unexpected challenges and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively.
• Ability to work in US timings.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotations to clients and CSRs based on contract specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pricing policies.
• Generate work orders following approved quotations, documenting details.
• Ensure precise itemized billing by selecting correct item heads for each transaction.
• Process signed work orders by creating invoices and collecting payments timely.
• Ensure that no contract or work order is processed without proper payment confirmation and authorization.
• Collaborate with the supervisor on day-to-day tasks and department efficiency.
• Process contract invoices following SOPs.
• Enter and post payments in NetSuite and keep records updated.
• Demonstrate strong data entry to maintain organized financial data.
• Multitask and adapt to new processes and tasks.
• Collaborate with internal audit to provide financial documentation.
• Engage in direct client interactions to manage accounts receivable via calls/emails.
• Use NetSuite or other accounting software to perform tasks.

• Provide quotations to clients and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) based on contract specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company pricing policies.
• Generate work orders following approved quotations, accurately documenting all relevant details.
• Ensure precise itemized billing by selecting the correct item heads for each transaction, maintaining consistency and accuracy in the billing process.
• Process signed work orders by creating invoices and managing payment collection in a timely manner.
• Ensure that no contract or work order is processed without proper payment confirmation and authorization, adhering to established protocols.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to assist in the day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
• Process contract invoices and strictly adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) established by the organization.
• Enter and post payments accurately into NetSuite, maintaining up-to-date and organized financial records.
• Demonstrate strong data entry skills to maintain precise and organized financial data for easy retrieval.
