Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a detail-oriented analytics professional to support EAM onboarding and private banking coverage. You will manage documentation, KYC, and ongoing maintenance while delivering timely, accurate reports.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and excellent English communication. The role involves outbound campaigns, MIS preparation, and ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (finance preferred) with 5+ years of reporting and analytics experience.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Macros, SQL, Power BI and Business Objects.
Strong English communication and writing skills; customer oriented.

Responsibilities

Support EAM RMs and Head of EAM coverage desk with onboarding and documentation.
Assist Mashreq Private Banking clients onboarded through EAMs with personalized service.
Support outbound calls for non-investment campaigns to existing clients.
Prepare monthly input files for Performance Scorecard across profiles.
Develop and automate key BI reports; review reports and identify gaps.
Coordinate with Operations on upload files for portfolio changes.
Prepare MIS and key reports for business needs and governance KPIs.
