Job summary

EnGro Corporation Limited seeks an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to coordinate and plan maintenance for rotating equipment across petrochemical facilities. You will work with pumps, compressors, turbines, agitators, and related systems, ensuring reliability and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, RCA skills, and hands-on budgeting for annual maintenance, plus experience with turnaround planning and CMMS SAP to maintain accurate equipment

Qualifications

• : Coordinating, monitoring and planning of rotating equipment maintenance activities.
• : Understanding of shaft alignment, measurements, fits & tolerances.
• : Excellent troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• : Budgeting and estimation of annual maintenance activities.
• : Planning & execution of turnaround/shutdown with scope identification, resource planning, material identification, timeline & quality management.
• : Development of long‑term overhauling and aged equipment inspections and maintenance history per OEM recommendations.
• : CMMS software experience, preferably SAP.
• : Awareness of safety standards such as OSHA, DuPont, and industrial health & hygiene.

Responsibilities

• : Coordinate, monitor and plan rotating equipment maintenance activities.

• : Conduct shaft alignment checks and assess fits and tolerances.
• : Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
• : Prepare maintenance budgets and estimates.
• : Plan and execute turnaround/shutdown activities with required resources and timelines.
• : Develop long‑term overhaul plans and inspect history per OEM guidance.
• : Utilize CMMS SAP for maintenance planning and record keeping.
• : Adhere to OSHA and industrial hygiene standards.

Job Description:

• To ensure reliable plant operation by coordinating, monitoring and planning of all rotating equipment maintenance activities.
• Individual should be well versed on Pumps, Compressors, Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Heavy Vertical and Horizontal Agitators, Large FD/ID Fans, Centrifuges, Metering/Dosing pumps, Screw/belts Conveyors, bearings, Transmission, Dynamic Seals etc.
• Individual should have good understanding of Shaft Alignment, Measurements, Fits & Tolerances.
• Individual must have excellent troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Experience on budgeting and estimation of annual maintenance activities.
• Planning & Execution of Turnaround/ Shutdown – Involves scope identification, resource planning, material identification, timeline & quality management, etc.
• Development of long‑term overhauling and aged equipment inspections and maintenance history as per OEM recommendation, failure history and business risk matrix.
• Individual should have experience of CMMS Software preferably SAP
• Individual should be aware of safety standards such as OSHA, DuPont, Occupational health & industrial hygiene.

Experience requirements:

DAE (Mechanical) with 06 -10 years of relevant experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Fertilizer
