BAT Islamabad is seeking a senior leader to shape Data & Analytics strategy across functions, translating business priorities into scalable data, AI and automation capabilities.

You will own governance, architecture, and operating models, partner with global teams, and drive measurable business value through data-driven decision-making. This role requires 10+ years of analytics leadership and a track record of delivering transformation.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of Data & Analytics leadership with proven transformation delivery.
• Experience shaping and delivering data-led strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior partner engagement.
• Knowledge of modern data architectures, governance, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Data & Analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Advise senior leaders and align priorities across business, functional and tech teams.
• Own and govern the Data & Analytics portfolio, including financial planning and benefits realization.
• Evolve operating model with governance, funding and delivery structures.
• Identify, evaluate and deploy analytics products, AI/GenAI and automation solutions.
• Define data architecture, governance and management strategies with trusted data foundations.
• Partner with global teams and stakeholders to enable integration and adoption of solutions.
• Provide senior leadership representation, mentoring teams and external partnerships.
