Job summary

Legal Aid Society (LAS) seeks an ARCC Coordinator for Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), Karachi. You will coordinate health, legal, and law enforcement stakeholders to strengthen survivor referrals and trauma-informed service delivery at the ARCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, public health, gender studies, or related field.
• At least three years of psychosocial support, GBV case coordination, or survivor services experience.
• Experience with healthcare, legal, or law enforcement systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and survivor-centred approaches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ARCC pathways from intake to referral with hospital, medico-legal, police, and prosecutors.
• Monitor referrals, identify delays, and address operational bottlenecks.
• Promote trauma-informed, survivor-centred service delivery and safeguard escalation.
• Maintain non-clinical referral logs and document case flow and resolutions.
• Prepare monthly coordination reports on referrals and inter-agency work.
• Update ARCC coordination trackers for M&E and participate in coordination forums.
• Report safeguarding incidents immediately and support continuous improvement.
