Contour Software is seeking an AR and AP Analyst to join the Finance team for a permanent full-time role in Karachi. The candidate will report to the Team Lead in Calgary and support AR/AP functions with high-level data analysis and process improvements.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and 2+ years’ experience in a similar position, along with proficiency in MS Excel. Competitive benefits and a collaborative work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and best practices in AR/AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and post customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on past due invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers to submit invoices and facilitate payments.
• Prepare and distribute AR reports.
• Review and verify vendor invoices and reconcile vendor statements.
• Process employee expense reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Process vendor payments on bank portals.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute AP reports.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analyses.
