Job summary

HyperSoft Tech is seeking an Apps Growth Intern to help set up and optimize Google App Campaigns, aiming to boost user acquisition efficiency and ROAS. You will monitor monetization metrics across AdMob, track eCPM, impressions, and ad revenue, and support creative tests to improve CTR and conversions.

The role emphasizes data analysis in Excel/Sheets, market research, and collaboration with a fast-paced team, with a pathway to full-time contingent on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of practical experience managing, executing, or supporting Google Ads campaigns.
• Foundational understanding of mobile app growth, user acquisition, and paid advertising channels.
• Basic knowledge of Google App Campaigns and campaign structures.
• Basic understanding of mobile app monetization, including Google AdMob, ECPM, and ad units.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Google App Campaigns to improve user acquisition efficiency, CPI, and ROAS.
• Monitor and analyze daily app monetization performance across ad networks such as Google AdMob.
• Track key monetization metrics, including eCPM, impressions, ad revenue, and ad placement performance.
• Support creative and copy testing to identify opportunities for improving CTR, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Assist in analyzing app store listings and user acquisition funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain performance reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, covering CPI, CPM, ROAS, and LTV.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and potential growth opportunities.
