Job summary

The British American Tobacco Group is seeking a Senior D&A Regional Manager for Lahore to drive delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Data & Analytics products across the APMEA region. You will bridge business stakeholders, market teams, regional functions, and global D&A to ensure data-driven decision making and value realization.

You will lead regional analytics initiatives, manage stakeholder engagement, and align with enterprise data governance and technology strategies to

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Data & Analytics or related fields.
Experience leading regional/global analytics programs in multinational environments.
Fluent English communication with executives and stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of regional Data & Analytics products and initiatives across APMEA markets.
Define roadmaps, business requirements, milestones, and success measures.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including BAs, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, solution architects, and market stakeholders.
Act as primary contact between regional business functions, markets and global D&A teams.
Drive adoption of analytics products via demonstrations, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and access management standards.
