Job summary

Full Circle Agency in Lahore seeks an Amazon Catalog Manager to oversee A to Z account activities, optimize product listings, and manage brand registry efforts. You will work on backend operations within Seller Central and coordinate with teams to drive sales.

The role requires hands-on experience with Amazon listings, catalog health, and collaboration with support teams. Office-based position with local hours in Pakistan time.

• Account Health Management on the Amazon seller account to ensure compliance.

• Audit product information, pricing, images, and listing details for accuracy.

• Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central platform, including backend operations and features.
• Expertise in product listing manual and bulk creation, optimization, storefront creation, and communication with support
• Know about Brand registry, flat file operations
• Energetic, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
• Trustworthy and straightforward, fostering a long-term partnership
• Must possess a personal laptop
• Must be well-versed with tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Google Sheets

Responsibilities:

• Account Health Management: Regularly assess and enhance the overall health of the Amazon seller account, addressing performance issues and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve various issues related to orders, listings
• Catalog Management: Create new product listings and optimize suggestions for content for visibility and sales performance.
• Amazon Account Audits: Conduct audits to ensure accurate and compliant product information, including pricing, images, and other listing details.

Mandatory Requirements:

• It will be an office-based job in Lahore, and you can't work remotely for this Job.
• You must possess your Laptop/Machine for this Job.
• Job timings would be from 6 PM to 2 AM (Pakistani Time)
