WADIC is seeking an experienced AI Social Media Manager to own the brand’s social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and TikTok with a strong emphasis on AI-powered automation and strategy.

You will develop content strategies, build automated workflows for creation and publishing, and drive engagement, leads, and brand growth. Hybrid or remote work is available, with direct collaboration across leadership and international clients.

Competenze

4+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, SaaS, or B2B company.
Proven portfolio demonstrating social media accounts or campaigns grown.
Experience building and operating at least 2–3 AI-powered social media or automation workflows.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, platform trends, and content formats, especially LinkedIn and short-form videos.
Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns through LinkedIn and/or Meta Ads.
Strong content writing, communication, and creative skills.
Good understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
Ability to use AI tools to improve content production and marketing efficiency.
Strong judgment regarding AI accuracy, brand voice, data privacy, and platform policies.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of social media strategy and performance.
