Job summary

WADIC, a software development and IT services company, is seeking an AI-first marketer in Lahore to build automated marketing systems that generate qualified leads, book discovery meetings, and drive growth. This role emphasizes automation, AI agents, and human oversight of strategy and messaging, with seniority flexible between Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager based on experience.

You will own AI marketing workflows, lead generation, SEO, content automation, and performance analytics,

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant marketing experience (Marketing Executive) or 5+ years (Marketing Manager).
Portfolio demonstrating 2–3 AI marketing workflows built and used in practice.
Proven contribution to qualified lead generation, booked meetings, or sales pipeline.
Strong written English for US and international B2B audiences.
Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, software development, or agency marketing.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a centralized marketing knowledge base covering ICPs, services, case studies, brand voice, and objections.
Develop AI agents and automated workflows for research, content creation, outreach, lead enrichment, and reporting.
Use tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and LLMs to automate marketing operations.
Document workflows with human review checkpoints, privacy safeguards, and quality standards.
Research target markets, industries, regions, and buyer personas for AI automation services.
Identify market opportunities and translate research into messaging, offers, and GTM strategies.
Build and enrich target-account lists and develop multichannel outreach campaigns.
Collaborate with sales on ABM campaigns and inbound/outbound lead generation.
Maintain SEO and AI search visibility and monitor performance.
