Job summary

Scalemill is seeking an AI Developer to design, build and deploy AI-driven solutions for our internal projects, including Scalemill GPT, Knowledge HUB and AI Academy. You will develop and integrate LLM-based models and NLP systems into scalable B2B SaaS platforms.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create intelligent features, craft prompts, manage data pipelines and implement MLOps to ensure production-ready AI tools that enhance learning and knowledge management across Scalemill.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a related role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI solutions for Scalemill’s initiatives.
• Design and integrate LLM-based models and NLP systems.
• Craft prompts to guide AI models for accurate outputs.
• Build knowledge bases and semantic search for enterprise use.
• Create adaptive learning modules and AI-powered training tools.
• Implement cloud deployment and CI/CD for production AI systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver user-centric AI features.
