Job summary

Devsinc 17 is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to own end-to-end AI lifecycle—from experimentation to deployment and monitoring. You will design LLM-based applications, build scalable pipelines, and lead MLOps practices while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience, strong Python skills, and expertise in RAG, semantic search, and scalable ML infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, SE, DS or related field.
• 4+ years of post-graduation AI/ML engineering experience with production AI systems.
• Strong Python production skills with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Experience integrating LLMs including prompt design and tool calls.
• Hands-on experience building RAG or semantic search systems with embeddings and vector search.
• Experience deploying APIs/microservices using FastAPI/Flask/Django and SQL databases.
• Experience on AWS/Azure/GCP with MLOps and CI/CD.
• Awareness of AI evaluation, security and privacy risks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and LLM-based applications, including AI agents and tool-using systems.
• Build scalable training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
• Develop and optimize RAG and semantic-search systems using embeddings and vector search.
• Develop backend APIs, microservices, and real-time inference services with Python frameworks.
• Improve model quality, latency, throughput, and cost via tuning and batching.
• Implement MLOps, automated testing, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
• Guide architectural decisions and cloud deployment for scalability and security.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and measure feature effectiveness via analytics or A/B testing.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders; document designs and outcomes.
