Job summary

CEBS in Islamabad is seeking an AI/ML-Ops Engineer to build and maintain our AI platform, deploy models, and deliver scalable API solutions. You will enhance existing models, develop demo websites with React, and ensure production readiness for AI workloads.

The role requires a bachelor's in CS or related field, 3+ years in ML/AI in production, Python backend, MLFlow experience, and cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with ML/AI technologies in production environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with MLFlow for tracking and managing models.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development and model integration.
• Experience with React or other web frameworks for front-end demos.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• AI Platform Development: Build and maintain our AI platform to support scalable and efficient AI solutions, including API solutions.
• Model Maintenance and Monitoring: Maintain, monitor, and optimize existing AI models to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Web Development: Build demo websites using React or other web frameworks to showcase AI models and solutions.
• Model Deployment: Adapt and deploy custom AI models into production environments, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Project Migration: Replicate and integrate projects from one company to another, ensuring seamless functionality and integration.
• MLFlow Upgrades: Upgrade projects to new versions of MLFlow, managing dependencies and ensuring compatibility.
• Pipeline Optimization: Improve the response time of retrieval pipelines to enhance data processing efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists, Gen AI engineers, software engineers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Innovation: Stay updated with latest AI/ML advancements and integrate new techniques.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems and deployments.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 3+ years of experience working with ML/AI technologies in production environments.
• AI/ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI model deployment.
• Web Frameworks: Experience with React or other web frameworks for building interactive front-end applications.
• Backend Development: Proficiency in Python for backend development and integrating AI models.
• MLFlow Experience: Hands-on experience with MLFlow for tracking and managing machine learning models.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• DevOps Skills: Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
