Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create and evaluate AI-generated images based on established creative and product requirements.
• Work from visual references, product imagery, and other guidelines to achieve the desired output.
• Develop and refine prompts to improve AI-generated image results.
• Review multiple AI-generated outputs and select the strongest and most appropriate result.
• Evaluate images for overall visual quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify AI-generated issues such as: unnatural poses, anatomy issues, incorrect proportions, composition issues.
• Ensure apparel imagery accurately reflects garment fit, shape, proportion, styling, and overall appearance.
• Use Photoshop or similar tools for basic image adjustments.
• Follow established SOPs, production workflows, and quality standards.
• Track asset status and manage multiple images through the production process.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain consistent quality while working with a high volume of images.
• Learn and adapt to new AI tools, platforms, and production processes as they are introduced.

The ideal candidate will have strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and an understanding of fashion, apparel, styling, photography, composition, pose, proportion, and garment fit.

This is a production-focused role suited to someone who can work efficiently in a high-volume environment, follow established workflows, and consistently deliver quality results. Prior professional AI experience is not required, but candidates must be comfortable learning and working with new AI tools and technologies.
