The Children''s Place in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an AI Retoucher / Design Specialist to refine AI-generated images for fashion e-commerce. You will review and enhance imagery, correct AI artifacts, and ensure final images meet product standards and visual quality for high-volume production.

You will apply strong Photoshop retouching skills, color accuracy, garment fit evaluation, and compositing to maintain a natural, market-ready look across numerous assets.

Job description

We are looking for an AI Retoucher / Design Specialist with strong expertise in Photoshop, fashion/e-commerce image retouching, and visual quality control.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color, garment fit, shape, proportion, composition, and overall image quality, and is comfortable working in a high-volume production environment. This role will involve reviewing and refining AI-generated imagery, identifying visual inconsistencies and AI artifacts, and ensuring final images meet established quality standards and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance fashion/e-commerce imagery using Adobe Photoshop.
• Review AI-generated images for visual quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify and correct AI-related issues such as:
• Garment distortion
• Incorrect garment details
• Unnatural poses or anatomy
• Inconsistent proportions
• Color inconsistencies
• Other visual artifacts
• Ensure garments accurately represent the intended fit, shape, color, construction, and proportions.
• Perform compositing and image manipulation while maintaining a natural and realistic appearance.
• Compare imagery against product, technical, or visual references and make necessary corrections.
• Conduct detailed quality control (QC) before images move to the next stage of production.
• Maintain consistency across large volumes of images and ensure work meets defined quality standards.
• Follow established SOPs, workflows, and production guidelines.
• Track image/asset status and meet daily and project-based production deadlines.
• Work efficiently in a repetitive, high-volume production environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Learn and adopt new AI image-generation and image-editing tools as part of the evolving production workflow.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong professional experience with Adobe Photoshop and image retouching.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, e-commerce, digital imaging, or visual production strongly preferred.
