Job summary

LLMP is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a fully remote team. You will build scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js on the frontend and Python on the backend, integrating APIs and managing data flow across systems.

You will collaborate with leadership to prototype features, optimize performance, and contribute to AI-enabled automation projects, while maintaining clean, well-documented code.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Full Stack experience or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong frontend with React.js and Next.js.
• Solid Python backend and API experience.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and web architecture.
• Nice to have: Docker, cloud deployments, or CI/CD.

About the Role

We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer — a detail-oriented developer with strong frontend and backend skills who's eager to build scalable, modern web applications. You'll work closely with leadership to develop high-quality products, internal tools, and client-facing systems that power our AI-driven consulting operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and modern frameworks
• Design, optimize, and manage relational databases (SQL / PostgreSQL)
• Integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend systems
• Collaborate with leadership on new product features, prototypes, and system improvements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js for frontend development
• Solid understanding of Python for backend services, APIs, and automation
• Familiarity with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) is a plus
• Understanding of REST APIs, version control (Git), and modern web architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to clean, maintainable code
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) for enhanced development workflows
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote setup
