OneScreen is seeking an automation and AI engineer to design, build, and maintain n8n pipelines spanning sales, support, and operations. You will deploy production-grade AI agents, integrate LLMs via APIs, and orchestrate data flows between CRMs, SQL databases, and external services. Strong emphasis on prompt engineering, performance monitoring, and cost efficiency.

A deep understanding of REST, OAuth, and data modeling, plus experience with LangChain or vector stores, is preferred.

• Experience building state-aware, looping automation workflows.
• Experience integrating LLMs via API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
• Understanding of context windows, token management, and temperature settings.
• RESTful services, webhooks, JSON data structures, and OAuth/Bearer tokens.
• SQL experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Architecture:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex automation pipelines using n8n to streamline business processes across sales, customer support, and operations.

AI Agent Deployment:

• Engineer production-grade AI agents. Implement sophisticated tool-calling logic and reasoning capabilities to automate multi-step tasks.

System Integration:

• Orchestrate seamless data flow between AI systems and core enterprise platforms, including CRMs, SQL databases, and third-party APIs.

Prompt Engineering & Optimization:

• Develop and refine prompt strategies to ensure consistent, structured, and reliable outputs from LLMs.

Performance Engineering:

• Monitor workflow latency, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Custom Development:

Qualifications

Automation Platforms: Candidates must demonstrate experience building state-aware, looping, and workflows.

AI & LLMs: Demonstrated experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) via API. Understanding of context windows, token management, and temperature settings.

API Architecture: Deep understanding of RESTful services, webhooks, JSON data structures, and authentication standards (OAuth, Bearer Tokens).

Database Management: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and an understanding of data modeling.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced AI Orchestration: Experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Supabase, FAISS) and embedding strategies.

Data Engineering: Experience with Python for data pipelines or ETL processes.

The successful candidate will operate within the following technical environment:

AI Models: OpenAI API, Anthropic API, Custom offline models

Scripting: TypeScript, Node.js, Python

Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks

Additional Information

Internship Timing: 8 pm to 5 am PKT
