Job summary

Launchpad is a paid, 2-month internship-to-hire track for engineers who already know how to build and want real production stakes. You will sit inside the engineering team from day one, working on live products with senior engineers and the product team in Islamabad.

Interns who perform well may move directly into a full-time role at the end of the two months. Responsibilities include building AI/LLM workflows, shipping frontend and backend features, and writing production APIs and database code

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 6 months hands-on full-stack or AI-integration experience on shipped product.
• Daily use of Git with branching, commits, and PRs.
• SQL knowledge and ability to design schemas.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine AI/LLM prompting workflows for CV production systems.
• Build and ship features across frontend and backend of live products.
• Write and integrate APIs, model data, and production databases.
• Use agentic AI coding tools daily to write, debug, and ship code.
• Work through Git-based code review and team workflows.
• Take ownership of a feature or bug end-to-end and document work for handoff.

Launchpad: Paid Internship-to-Hire Program (AI Native Full Stack Engineer)

Note: This is an ONSITE role in Islamabad, you must be available to join immediately.

Launchpad is our paid, 2-month internship-to-hire track for engineers who already know how to build and want real production stakes.

You'll sit inside the engineering team from day one, working on live products alongside senior engineers and the product team.

You're given real problems and access to the people and AI tools that can help solve them

Interns who perform well may move directly into a full-time role at the end of the two months.

Responsibilities:

• Build and refine AI/LLM prompting workflows for our computer-vision (CV) production systems with attention to detail.
• Build and ship features across the frontend and backend of live products.
• Write and integrate APIs, model data, and work directly in production databases.
• Use agentic AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as your default way of writing, debugging, and shipping code.
• Work through Git-based code review and team workflows like everyone else on the team
• Take ownership of a feature or bug end-to-end: understand the problem, propose an approach, build it, review it and ship it.
• Document your work clearly enough that someone else on the team can pick it up without asking you first.

Qualifications:

• A completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 months hands-on experience in a full-stack or AI-integration role;a job, a serious freelance engagement, or a sustained contract on a product that actually shipped.
• Everyday, working use of Git;branching, commits, pull requests, resolving conflicts.
• Real understanding of databases: schema design, relationships, and comfort writing SQL by hand.
• Genuine fluency with agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor;you use them daily to write, debug, and ship real code, and you can catch it when the AI is wrong, not just when it "looks off".
• A fast learner with real attention to detail;someone who reads the error message before asking for help.
• Available to start immediately, on-site in Islamabad.

Good to Have:

• C# or C++exposure
• Supabase and Vercel exposure
• Comfort with REST APIs and authentication flows
