Overview

AI-Driven Sales Representative / Sales Strategist (Outbound) at VALUEANS — On-site in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore (On-site). Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM). Job Type: Full-Time. Company: VALUEANS. This is NOT a basic cold-calling role. We are not looking for someone who just reads scripts and dials numbers. We are looking for a sales thinker + closer who can design outbound strategy, use AI tools to improve conversion, talk to prospects like a consultant, and own results, not excuses.

If you only know how to “make calls,” this role is not for you.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Closing: Conduct outbound sales calls to qualified leads; identify decision-makers and uncover real business pain points; pitch VALUEANS services in a consultative, value-driven way; handle objections confidently and close deals; follow up professionally and consistently.
• Strategy & Optimization: Help design and refine outbound sales strategies; improve call scripts, offers, and positioning using AI insights; analyze what’s working and what’s not (calls, conversions, drop-offs); suggest improvements to targeting, messaging, and funnels.
• AI & Systems: Work with AI sales tools (CRM, call analytics, lead enrichment, AI prompts); help train and improve AI sales agents / workflows where applicable; maintain clean CRM records and sales pipelines.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
Real outbound sales experience (not just call-center work); strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills; ability to think strategically about sales—not just execute tasks; comfortable working with AI tools and automation; target-driven mindset (results > hours).

• Willlingness to work on-site and night shift
