Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an AI Strategy Consultant with 8-15 years of strategy and AI/digital transformation experience to guide clients in roadmaps, operating models, and use-case prioritization that translate ambition into fundable plans.

You will run workshops, build multi-horizon roadmaps, design CoE structures, score portfolios, and help clients realize measurable value while aligning executive priorities and managing change at scale.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in strategy/management consulting with 3+ years in AI/digital transformation.
• Fluent in reviewing AI architectures, PoC results, and data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI maturity assessments using structured diagnostic frameworks.
• Build multi-horizon AI roadmaps sequencing use cases by value and feasibility.
• Design AI operating models (CoE structures, hub-and-spoke, or federated models).
• Run structured use-case discovery workshops and score/prioritize portfolio.
• Create AI value-realization framework with KPIs and post-deployment tracking.
• Own AI Portfolio Management and resource allocation across the pipeline.
• Facilitate C-suite and board workshops to align on AI ambition and risk appetite.
• Lead adoption and change-management plans at portfolio level.
• Navigate competing executive priorities and build sponsor trust.
