You will develop epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a ready backlog while ensuring outcomes meet intended behaviour. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and ensure clear requirements across QA and development.

Formación

• Translate product concepts and UX designs into epics and user stories.
• Refine and maintain a development backlog and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and QA throughout agile sprints.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis and prototyping.
• Healthcare IT/health-tech experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Translate product intent and UX designs into detailed epics and user stories.
• Develop and refine acceptance criteria and validation plans.
• Maintain a development-ready backlog and validate work against expected behaviour.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA during refinement and sprints.
• Support cross-functional teams across business workflows and technical dependencies.
