Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BA or similar
• Strong elicitation, documentation, and analytics
• Hands-on Jira, Agile/Scrum, SDLC
• AI tools for research, analysis, testing
• Translate problems into functional solutions
• Experience with workflows, prototyping, UAT
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive and quick learner

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Analyze processes, data, and gaps to identify improvements
• Bridge Client, Product, Development, and QA teams across the SDLC
• Maintain Jira backlogs and product documentation
• Coordinate functional testing, UAT, and defect resolution
• Conduct client demos and requirements workshops
• Support presales, product implementations, integrations, migrations, and releases
• Define KPIs to measure business value and product improvements
