Qualifications

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Familiarity with standard commercial agreements including MSAs, leases, IP and marketing contracts.
• Clear and accurate contract language with attention to compliance and practical business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of MSAs, lease, IP licensing, and marketing agreements.
• Submit well-structured documents that reflect current legal standards and practical commercial use.
• Communicate promptly and professionally to clarify requirements and deliverables.
