Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney to draft, review, and tailor MSAs, lease, IP licensing, and marketing agreements. You will ensure language is clear, compliant, and practically applicable to real-world scenarios.

The role emphasizes accuracy and communication, with emphasis on remote collaboration and autonomous delivery of assignments to support AI-enabled platforms and business needs.

Qualifications

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Familiarity with standard commercial agreements including MSAs, leases, IP and marketing contracts.
• Clear and accurate contract language with attention to compliance and practical business use cases.

Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of the following agreement types:

• Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Lease Agreements
• Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements
• Marketing Agreements
• Licensing Agreements
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.
