The role focuses on evaluating risk, clause interpretation, and providing high-quality explanations and model revisions for non-legal audiences across various contract types.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent in law is required.
• Proven experience in contract review and risk assessment.
• Strong written communication for non-legal audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content including prompts and redlines for contracts.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy and clarity.
• Identify and explain contract risks, ambiguous terms, and negotiation strategies.
