Job description

Remote AI Automation Specialist at MacroCoderz: build AI workflow automations with n8n, Zapier, Make and LLM APIs that save businesses hours every week.

A lot of valuable AI work is not a chatbot - it is a workflow. Read an inbound email, extract the details, update the CRM, draft a reply for approval. As an AI Automation Specialist you build those workflows with tools like n8n and Make, adding LLM steps where they help.

It is one of the most accessible ways into AI: logical thinking and an understanding of business processes matter more than a computer science degree.

What you will do

• Map client business processes and find what can be automated.
• Build workflows in n8n, Make or Zapier with LLM steps for extraction, classification and drafting.
• Connect SaaS tools through APIs and webhooks.
• Test workflows against real data and handle errors properly.
• Write clear documentation and train client teams.

What we are looking for

• 1+ year building automations in n8n, Make, Zapier or similar.
• Understands APIs, webhooks and JSON.
• Logical, detail-oriented and good at explaining processes.
• Good written English.

Nice to have

• JavaScript or Python for custom code steps.
• Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Self-hosting n8n.

Location: fully remote, open to applicants worldwide.
