Har Aik Global Associates LLP is seeking a Senior Associate – Advisory to support the planning and execution of advisory engagements. You will conduct research, perform analyses, and prepare deliverables while coordinating with clients and internal teams to identify risks and suggest improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in advisory or related fields and a CA/ACCA finalist or equivalent degree, with strong analytics and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CA or ACCA finalist or relevant degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in advisory, consulting, risk management, or financial services.

Responsabilités

• Execute advisory engagements, including business process reviews, risk assessments, and internal control evaluations.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare client reports, recommendations, presentations, and engagement documentation.
• Manage day-to-day assignments, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Supervise junior team members and review their work.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain information, discuss findings, and communicate recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
• Support proposal development and business development activities.
