Job summary

Tech Innovations Limited in Jamaica is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer – Level 6 to manage AR sub-ledger, invoicing, and collections in line with GAAP and IFRS/IPSAS guidelines.

Reporting to the Manager, Management Accounting, you will supervise the corporate office cashier function, perform reconciliations, financial reporting, and assist auditors while maintaining filing systems and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Two years of accounting experience required.
• Experience with Sage 300 (AccPac) preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Understanding of FAA Act and GAAP knowledge.
• Strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR sub-ledger and cash reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices and aged receivables.
• Reconcile AR with GL and prepare reports.
• Ensure policy compliance across processes.
• Assist auditors with requested information.
