Responsibilities

• Invoice processing: receive, verify, and record supplier invoices.
• Match invoices with POs, GRNs, and service entry sheets.
• Ensure approvals before processing payments.
• Prepare payment vouchers and schedule payments.
• Perform monthly AP reconciliations.
• Assist audits with data and reports.
