Job summary

Tkxel in Lahore is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist to handle end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

The ideal candidate holds MS/MSc in Accounting & Finance or ACCA, with at least 4 years of AP experience and strong controls over AP aging, expense management, and payment processing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP processes.
• Process invoices accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with vendors for payment terms and issue resolution.
• Perform reconciliations and assist month-end closing.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in expense management and payment processing.

Job description

we are specifically looking for candidate with strong hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in invoice processing, MSA (Contract Based Revenue Models) vendor management, reconciliations, payment processing, AP aging, expense management, and month-end closing.

Requirements

Candidates must have a strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes with at least 4 years of relevant and recent Accounts Payable experience.

Location: Lahore

Timings: 10 am- 7pm

Qualification: MS/MSc in Accounting & Finance, ACCA, or a relevant degree.
