Job summary

Mous Products Ltd. is hiring for a full-time Accounts Payable specialist based in Lahore. You will own the payables cycle end-to-end, including supplier invoices, payments, and month-end close, coordinating with the Head of Financial Control, Finance Director, and teams in Lahore and London.

The role is on-site in Lahore with a Friday work-from-home option, 10am–7pm PKT. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in accounting with full ownership of the AP cycle.
• Proficient Excel skills including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivots, and SUMIFS.
• ACCA/CMA/CA (part-qualified) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and post supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare and run weekly payment runs.
• Reconcile card transactions and employee expenses.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close with AP reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor master data and payment details.
