Job summary

HR Navigator in Lahore is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting transactions, general ledger operations, and cash-flow tracking. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of core accounting experience, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and common accounting software such as QuickBooks or Zoho Books.

You will manage AP/AR, dealer balances, prepare financial statements, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

3+ years of core accounting experience.
Experience with AP/AR and general ledger.
Strong MS Excel and accounting software proficiency.
Ability to analyze numbers and assist cash-flow planning.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions, general ledgers, and financial reconciliation.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring accurate ledger tracking.
Monitor dealer accounts, perform regular balance reconciliations, and maintain up-to-date outstanding payment records.
Prepare periodic financial statements, budget reports, and assist management with cash-flow monitoring and planning.
Ensure proper archiving of physical/digital financial documentation and support compliance with standardized accounting procedures.
