Job summary

Cyber System Pvt. Ltd. in Lahore is seeking an experienced International Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team.

The role requires strong AP experience, excellent English communication, and hands-on QuickBooks usage to support international vendors and clients on a fully onsite basis. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day AP operations, process invoices, perform month-end closing, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with internal teams to resolve payment issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, vendor reconciliation, and payments.
• Experience with month-end closing.
• Lahore-based candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations
• Process and verify vendor invoices
• Handle vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
