We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial management, accounting operations, budgeting, compliance, donor reporting, and audit functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, accountability, and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, financial records, and reporting processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with management
• Monitor project budgets, donor funds, and grant expenditures
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and statutory regulations
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
• Manage cash flow, banking operations, and financial controls
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounts staff
• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, donors, and regulatory authorities

Job Specification

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or NGO financial management
