More Than Accountants is hiring an Accounts Assistant to support invoicing, reconciliations, and day-to-day bookkeeping. The role operates from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. UK time, with office-based duties in a UK-aligned schedule.

Ideal candidates have ACCA/CIMA affiliation or equivalent qualifications, strong Excel and English communication, and are ready to work in a fast-paced accounting environment.

Formación

• Active ACCA/CIMA Affiliate or finalist or pursuing accounting with O/A levels.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Raising sales invoices and bills on Xero and Hubdoc.
• Helping senior team members on adhoc task.
• Doing weekly, monthly, and quarterly bank reconciliations.
• Ad-hoc administration duties

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification

• Active ACCA /CIMA Affiliate/finalist or having O/ A levels background and further pursuing a career in accounts

Office based opportunity and timings will be UK-based, so it will be from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m UK time
