Job summary

Dr. Frigz International (Pvt.) Ltd. in Pakistan is seeking a skilled 2D/3D CAD Designer with experience in surgical instruments and CNC-manufactured products.

You will prepare technical drawings, create 3D models, and ensure designs are ready for precision manufacturing. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and 2–5 years of CAD experience, with a focus on GD&T, tooling, and reverse engineering.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–5 years of CAD design experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proficient with 2D/3D CAD software and mechanical design tools.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with surgical instruments and CNC-manufactured products is preferred.
• Ability to create and interpret detailed engineering drawings and 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify 2D technical drawings and 3D models of surgical instruments, CNC parts, components, fixtures, and tools.
• Develop technical drawings with accurate dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Support new product development, reverse engineering, and design modifications.
• Coordinate with CNC, Production, Engineering, R&D, and Quality departments.
• Design and modify CNC machining components, jigs, fixtures, dies, and gauges.
• Maintain drawing revisions and technical documentation.
• Use professional 2D and 3D CAD software and other engineering design tools.
• Ensure designs are suitable for precision manufacturing and CNC machining processes.
