Job summary

United Bank Limited is seeking a diligent Cash Counter professional to manage all counter activities under a one window operation. You will process customer transactions with accuracy and speed, LCY & FCY, while maintaining service quality and a courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities include vigilant security of cash, ensuring proper due diligence, adherence to controls and compliance, and accurate sorting and balancing of cash in till.

• Accurate execution of all customer financial transactions (LCY & FCY)
• To provide exceptional customer service and serve with a smile.
• Exhibit vigilance and take precautionary measures with respect to security of cash counter.
• Be observant, alert and exercise customer due diligence while dealing with customers.
• Implementation of Controls & Compliance.
• Effective sorting & balancing of Cash in Till.
• Utility Bills Collection.
• Handing RTC’s, Security Deposit Receipts (SDRs) and National Prize bonds.
