• Deep familiarity with YouTube content policies, community guidelines, and copyright rules

• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Strong sense of modern editing style - pacing, motion graphics, text animation, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work accurately from provided scripts and translate them faithfully into video
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback

• Manage revisions efficiently and maintain consistent quality across all videos
• Keep project files, assets, and versions organized for a smooth production workflow
