About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Assistant Editor who will be heavily involved in video shooting, editing, and production tasks. This role primarily focuses on supporting the video production process from capturing footage to post-production editing, with only minimal involvement in graphic and creative design. The ideal candidate is hands‑on with cameras, has strong editing skills, and is passionate about storytelling through video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, setting up, and executing video shoots (camera operation, lighting, audio, etc.).
• Edit raw footage into polished videos for various formats (social media, marketing materials, internal communications, etc.).
• Organize and manage media assets, project files, and backup systems.
• Perform basic color grading, sound balancing, and visual enhancements.
• Implement edits and revisions based on feedback from directors, producers, or senior editors.
• Create minimal graphic elements such as title cards, subtitles, and simple motion graphics if needed.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and technical standards of all produced content.
• Assist with pre-production and production tasks as needed, including equipment set up and breakdown.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video shooting and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
