Job summary

Shane Hummus is hiring a Scriptwriter & Creative Ops Associate to support YouTube content production and day-to-day creative operations. It’s a hands-on, on-site role blending writing with studio setup, recordings, webinars, slides, and marketing support.

You will research and write about 6–8 YouTube scripts per week, source examples, prepare Google Docs scripts, and help with studio prep, live events, and SMS campaigns.

• Willingness to work on-site full-time.
• Prior scriptwriting experience is helpful but not required if you show strong writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Research and write approximately 6–8 YouTube scripts per week.
• Source compelling examples, case studies, references, and supporting material for each script.
• Evaluate examples for wow moments and contextual fit.
• Structure scripts to be engaging and easy to follow for Shane's delivery.
• Prepare scripts in Google Docs, formatted for on-camera reading.
• Research unfamiliar topics quickly and turn complex information into simple content.
• Support tutorial content with testing, screen-recording, and demonstrations for scripts.
• Use AI tools heavily for research while applying independent judgment.
