Job summary

Shane Hummus is seeking a Content Operations Associate (Video & Marketing) to support YouTube content production and creative ops. This hands-on, hybrid role combines scriptwriting with studio setup, recordings, webinars, and marketing operations.

You will research, write scripts, source strong examples, and manage production support tasks. The role emphasizes rapid learning, judgment, and daily use of AI tools, with on-site hours 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Philippine Time.

Responsibilities

• Scriptwriting & Research — approximately 6-8 YouTube scripts per week; source examples and references.
• Prepare scripts in Google Docs and ensure readability for recording.
• QA recorded footage and ensure completeness before handover to editing.
• Moderate weekly live webinar and VIP session; manage slides and ensure smooth delivery.
• Support studio operations: set up cameras, audio, framing, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Assist marketing operations: SMS campaigns, reminders, and campaign troubleshooting.
• Contribute to creative ideation and topic research for YouTube formats and angles.
