Job summary

Shane Hummus is seeking a Scriptwriter & Creative Ops Associate to support YouTube content production and day-to-day creative operations.

This hands-on, hybrid role focuses ~60% on scriptwriting, research, and sourcing examples, with remaining time on studio setup, webinars, and campaigns.

On-site full-time at Shane’s residence/studio, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Philippine Time, reporting to the Senior Creative Director, with growth through feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and research skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Able to work independently and figure things out without constant supervision.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and write approximately 6–8 YouTube scripts per week.
• Source compelling examples, case studies and references for each script.
• Prepare scripts in Google Docs, formatted for reading during recording.
• Assist studio setup, recording, webinars, and marketing operations.
• Moderate weekly live webinars and VIP sessions; monitor attendance and tech issues.
• Create and review presentation decks for live trainings and webinars.
