Job summary

Just Simply Marketing (JSM) is hiring a YouTube Social Media Specialist to own the YouTube channel end to end for our creator clients—long-form, Shorts, SEO and analytics. You report to the Social Media Team Managers and collaborate with Video Editors, Scriptwriters and Thumbnail Designers to turn raw footage into a growing, monetizing channel.

Qualifications

• Proven results growing YouTube channels, with real success stories you can point to
• A portfolio with analytics to back up your claims (screenshots, dashboards, before/after)
• Experience working with creators or brands on measurable YouTube growth
• Analytical and data-driven, but still creative with thumbnails, hooks and titles
• Comfortable in YouTube Studio; VidIQ or TubeBuddy experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Own YouTube channel strategy for assigned clients: long‑form uploads, Shorts, SEO and analytics
• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails for algorithm reach and watch time
• Build and execute strategies to grow subscribers, watch time and overall channel performance
• Track YouTube trends, tools and platform updates and apply them fast
• Partner with Video Editors, Scriptwriters and Thumbnail Designers to keep output consistent and on‑brand
• Report on channel performance and tie metrics back to client goals
