Job summary

Quest Alliance is seeking a Program Associate to lead the Youth Program across Government ITIs in the Mangalore zone. You will plan, run on-ground sessions, train ITI trainers, and maintain strong relations with principals, officers and industry partners.

You will also track progress with data to improve delivery. Role requires 1–2 years in programme implementation, strong facilitation skills, and willingness to travel within the zone.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in programme implementation, skilling initiatives, or youth development.
• Strong facilitation and training skills.
• Ability to manage and liaise with government stakeholders.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Quest Alliance programmes across Government ITIs.
• Build implementation plans, track progress, and ensure on-time, quality delivery.
• Visit ITIs regularly for monitoring, support, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strengthen institute ownership so the work endures within ITI operations.
• Onboard facilitators and learners onto the MyQuest App and drive course completion.
• Lead trainer development through training of trainers and workshops.
• Maintain records and prepare monthly/quarterly progress reports.
