Job summary

Clinica Prime Cebu Incorporated is seeking a results-driven YAKAP Manager to oversee and strengthen the delivery of YAKAP services across all CPCI branches. You will ensure efficient clinic operations and compliance with PhilHealth policies, with a focus on accurate documentation and optimal patient experience.

The role includes manpower allocation, KPI monitoring, reporting, and coordinating with PhilHealth and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across our clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field is required.
• Experience in healthcare operations or clinic administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with PhilHealth accreditation and YAKAP/Konsulta implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee YAKAP program implementation and operations across all CPCI branches.
• Ensure compliance with PhilHealth guidelines, accreditation standards, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor patient flow, service utilization, and coordination among clinical, laboratory, diagnostic, and pharmacy teams.
• Manage manpower deployment, staff productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor claims-related documentation, program performance, and KPIs.
• Prepare consolidated reports, identify operational gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with PhilHealth and internal stakeholders to address program concerns and support continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will ensure efficient clinic operations, compliance with PhilHealth policies and accreditation requirements, accurate documentation, effective manpower allocation, and an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee YAKAP program implementation and operations across all CPCI branches.

• Ensure compliance with PhilHealth guidelines, accreditation standards, and documentation requirements.

• Monitor patient flow, service utilization, and coordination among clinical, laboratory, diagnostic, and pharmacy teams.

• Manage manpower deployment, staff productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Monitor claims-related documentation, program performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Prepare consolidated reports, identify operational gaps, and recommend process improvements.

• Coordinate with PhilHealth and internal stakeholders to address program concerns and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Medical Technology, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, clinic or hospital administration, or healthcare program management.

• Experience in PhilHealth accreditation, YAKAP/Konsulta implementation, or claims documentation is strongly preferred.

• Experience supervising teams or managing multi-branch operations is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in report preparation, data analysis, and spreadsheet-based monitoring.

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
