Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking an entry-level Associate Product Consultant for the Xpressfeed team in the Philippines. You will support data-feed clients, respond to inquiries, and gain broad knowledge of fixed income, equities, and commodities while understanding the financial data within our platform.

You will collaborate across sales, product management, and clients to deliver high-quality support and practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Fresh graduates are considered as long as they are willing to have a career in finance.
• Intermediate to advanced MS-Excel experience.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be willing to work night shifts, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries for data-feed clients and provide timely, quality support.
• Develop a deep understanding of investments and financial statements.
• Collaborate with partners in a team-based environment and communicate client concerns clearly.
• Be technically savvy to assist clients in using Xpressfeed data effectively.
