Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in Makati City, Philippines, seeks an entry‑level Product Consultant for the Xpressfeed team. You will learn the financial data landscape across asset classes and support clients by interpreting data feeds and answering inquiries.

You will work with sales and product teams, develop deep product knowledge, and grow into a trusted advisor helping clients achieve quality results using Xpressfeed data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are considered for finance careers.
• Intermediate to advanced MS-Excel experience.
• Experience with Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Excellent English communications skills.
• Integrity, positive personality, and a desire to help people are essential.
• Night shift and weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• As an Associate for the Xpressfeed team, respond to inquiries for data-feed clients and provide professional, timely support.
• Develop a deep understanding of investments and financial statements.
• Collaborate closely with partners in a team-based environment.
• Communicate client concerns effectively across departments; tech savviness is a plus.

Product Consultant, Channels CX (Xpressfeed)

The Team:

Joining a close-knit and professional team, you will gain broad knowledge within the financial world related to all asset classes including; Fixed Income, Commodities, Equities, etc. Moreover, you will get a grasp of different databases and our technical products.

The Impact:

• You will integrate into an all-star group and will make a significant impact.

• Combining product expertise with a deep understanding of who our clients are and how they use our tools, you will be a consultant providing the best and most efficient way for our clients to achieve quality results.

• You will also be an expert on the financial data in the Xpressfeed platform, guiding our clients in understanding the data that they are looking at.

• Have a deep understanding of investments, financial and accounting statements.

• Be willing and able to work closely with partners in a team-based environment.

• Have excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate client concerns and product related issues with all our departments. Being technologically savvy is also a plus.

What We’re Looking For?

Basic Qualifications:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Fresh Graduates are considered as long as they are willing to have a career in Finance

• Possess intermediate to Advanced MS-Excel experience

• Experience with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of corporate accounting statements such as the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement

• Excellent English communications skills

• Integrity, positive personality, and a desire to help people are all essential

• Must be willing to work on a Night Shift. Must be amenable to work on holidays and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of investments including private equity, public equity, fixed income, ETF’s, mutual funds, commodities, etc

• SQL experience and/or basic knowledge
