Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Senior Product Consultant to join the Channels CX team. You will work with datasets across Market data, Fundamental data, ESG, and more, delivering high-quality client support and leveraging tools like Xpressfeed.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams, apply SQL to client requirements, and mentor junior consultants while documenting solutions and product updates. This role offers growth opportunities within a global, transparent environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL and Excel experience.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, timely, thorough, and quality support of feed-based products (Xpressfeed, Snowflake, Workbench).
• Apply SQL knowledge to understand client requirements and assist with inquiries.
• Record client issues accurately in Salesforce and document solutions and product updates.
• Mentor new consultants and share best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with global teams to address client concerns and route improvement requests.
