Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper in the Philippines to manage accounts payable/receivable, reconcile statements, and ensure accurate data in Xero and DEXT. You will handle invoicing, expense processing, and month-end activities in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Solid knowledge of Xero and DEXT.
• Certificate III in Office Administration or similar; formal accounting/bookkeeping qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter supplier bills and expenses for payment in line with terms.
• Perform AP reconciliation with supplier statements.
• Process DEXT transactions and ensure data accuracy in Xero.
• Submit employee expenses in DEXT for approval.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts daily/weekly.
• Raise retailer invoices and record customer payments.
• Send monthly account statements to clients.
• AR reconciliation and cashflow reconciliation for forecasting.
